Shipping
All products in stock are shipped within 3-4 business days. Custom made products have a production time of 1-2 weeks. These are custom made so take a little longer to produce and ship. Custom products include:
Wallpapers
Wall Stickers
Wallpaper Borders
Cushions & Fabrics (fabrics take 14 days to make)
During the holidays it may happen that your order takes longer.
Delivery time and costs depend on the destination. We cannot influence the delivery time. If you want express shipping, please let us know so we can calculate the shipping costs for you.
Customers outside the EU (except the wallpapers & posters for the USA) have to take into account possible customs fees and taxes. These additional costs are for the customer.

Your order will be delivered according to your chosen delivery option.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If your order has been delivered to a parcel service, please make sure you pick it up in good time before it is returned to us. All costs associated with returns are your responsibility and are not covered by Atelier Florentine.
Birth Cards
Birth announcements are delivered in 5-7 business days for orders placed before 12:00 noon. Please note that we cannot influence the delivery services. Around the Christmas holidays, delivery times will be longer.
Returns
Have you ordered a product that is not to your liking? Then you have 15 days from the time of receipt to return the product to us in its original condition with original packaging. We cannot refund damaged or used products.
Customized products such as our wallpaper, fabric and birth announcement cards can’t be returned.
If you had the product delivered to a delivery point and did not pick it up within the deadline we are not responsible for the cost of this return. Custom products not picked up on time will not be refunded. Both the purchase price and shipping costs. If you would like us to resend the order you have to pay the shipping costs again.
If your purchase is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days by sending an email to info@atelierflorentine.nl. Please include your order number, a description of the damage and attach photos showing the product and defects so that your claim can be reviewed. If the complaint is timely and justified, the product will be exchanged or the price of the product will be refunded.
When you return the product, make sure you have a track & trace code when you return the package. This is your proof that the package was returned to us and in that case you are not liable in case the package is not received at Atelier Florentine.
Keep the receipt until you receive notification from Atelier Florentine that your returned package has been received and processed.
Upon proper receipt, you will receive your purchase price back into your account within 10 business days. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless there was something wrong with the item you purchased.
Printing wallpaper is a technical and advanced process, and on rare occasions, mistakes can be made. We strongly recommend you always check the wallpaper upon arrival before booking a decorator to install it or hanging it yourselves, to ensure there are no production defects. If you find any flaws, please contact us before you book your decorator or start installing the wallpaper, and we will replace it free of charge.
